A: No. Infini has zero monthly fees. You only pay 0.5% when you successfully receive payments.

A: The 0.5% fee applies to all successful stablecoin payments, including: Checkout payments, Payment links, API payments.

Q4: Are there any chargeback or dispute fees?

A: No. Stablecoin payments are final and irreversible. This means there are no chargeback risks, no dispute fees, and no fraud penalties. We will be launching a manual refund feature in the future to handle specific customer return requests.

A: No. You can hold stablecoin balances in Infini without any custody or storage fees.

Q6: Do you take a spread on FX or stablecoin conversion?

A: No hidden spreads. All exchange rates are displayed clearly and transparently on the front-end interface.

Q7: How does Infini compare to traditional payment solutions in pricing?

A: Traditional payment providers typically charge 3–6% in addition to chargeback risks and account freezes. Infini charges a flat 0.5% fee with no chargebacks and instant settlement. For many businesses, this significantly increases total net revenue.

Q8: Why is Infini able to charge only 0.5%?

A: Infini is built on a stable coin infrastructure. By removing intermediaries like issuing banks and card networks, we are able to pass those cost savings directly to our merchants.

Q9: Is the USD 35 SWIFT fee charged by Infini?

A: The $35 fee is a standard SWIFT transfer fee used to cover intermediary and beneficiary bank processing costs. Infini does not add any markup to this fee.

Q10: Why does Infini use a flat USD 35 Swift fee?

A: Swift transfers involve intermediary banks and fixed processing costs. A flat fee ensures predictable and transparent pricing, especially for larger settlements.
