IV. Step-by-Step Guide
Apply for a Dedicated Virtual Account
Log in to the Infini system and ensure your corporate account has completed the standard KYB verification. For details on KYB and KYC verification, please refer to the KYB and KYC Verification guide KYB&KYC Verification If you have not yet applied for a virtual account, the system will prompt you to apply first.
2. In the left-side menu, select the region where you want to open your virtual account, then choose the corresponding currency and payment method (Local or Swift).
Upload the required documents (mandatory):
ID documents of the UBO and Director (issued within the last 3 months).
Three valid invoices and contracts that support your business transactions (issued within the last 6 months).
Download the business information form template and fill it out as required.
3. Add the company's operating address. After confirming that all materials are correct, click [Submit Application]. The system will display: "Application submitted, please wait for review." The review process typically takes 1–3 business days, and the result will be sent to you via email and an Infini system notification.
Initiating a Fiat Deposit
After your virtual account is approved, go to the [Fiat Deposit] page and click the [Transfer] button on the right to start the fiat deposit process.
Note: Do not deposit funds directly into the virtual account. You must follow the steps provided in the Infini system to initiate a fiat deposit; otherwise, your Infini account will not receive the transfer.
Select the amount and currency, then click [Next].
3. From your bank account, initiate a transfer to the virtual account number displayed on the current page. Be sure to copy the [Reference Code] shown on the page and enter it into the memo/notes field of your bank transfer. This is the key information used to identify your order — failure to include it will result in processing delays. Then click [I Have Transferred].
4. The system will display: "Deposit transfer submitted." Funds are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days, at which point they will be automatically converted to stablecoins and credited to your Infini account.
Viewing Deposit History
In the left-side menu, click [Fiat Deposit]. At the top of the page, click [Order History] to view your past deposit records.

Prepare compliance materials in advance: We recommend gathering the UBO and Director ID documents (issued within 3 months) and three valid invoices and contracts supporting your business transactions (issued within 6 months, in PDF, PNG, or JPG format, each no larger than 5MB) before applying for a virtual account. Ensuring all documents are clear and complete will help expedite the review process.
Enter the reference code correctly: When making a bank transfer, be sure to enter the system-generated reference code into the transfer's memo/notes field. Omitting or entering an incorrect code will cause the order to require manual processing, which may extend the time for funds to arrive.
Mind the order validity period and transfer promptly: Deposit orders are valid for 1–3 days. We recommend completing the bank transfer as soon as possible after creating the order. If the order expires, you will need to create a new one. Please also note that bank holidays may affect transfer processing times, so it is advisable to allow sufficient lead time.
