Ⅰ、Feature Overview
To help business users manage global, multi-currency fiat funds more conveniently and connect to digital asset services through the Infini platform, we have introduced the Fiat Deposit feature.
When you need to move funds from the traditional banking system into Web3, Infini provides you with a dedicated bank account through deep integrations with licensed financial institutions worldwide. Simply make a bank transfer, and the system will automatically convert your fiat currency into stablecoins and credit them to your Infini account.
The service supports multiple payment networks, including ACH, FedWire, SEPA, FPS, and SWIFT, as well as major fiat currencies such as USD and EUR, making cross-border fund transfers faster and more convenient.
Ⅱ、Use Cases and Benefits
A Unified Bank Account Application Process
Fiat deposits, fiat withdrawals, and bank account management are consolidated into a single workflow. You only need to submit the required compliance documents once when using the service for the first time. Once your deposit and withdrawal access has been approved for the relevant bank, you can select an existing account for future deposits, making the process simpler and easier to navigate.
Multiple Deposit Channels Covering Different Currencies and Payment Networks Worldwide
Fiat deposits are available through Lead Bank (USD), Banking Circle (EUR), and Singapore Gulf Bank (USD). Both local bank transfers and SWIFT transfers are supported, accommodating different currency and processing-time requirements.
Transparent Fees and Fast Processing
All bank accounts are free from monthly and maintenance fees. Account opening fees and transaction fees are clearly disclosed and transparent. Depending on the selected bank and payment network, funds may be credited on the same day or even in real time.
Ⅲ、How to Make a Fiat Deposit
Step 1: Select a Bank Transfer Channel
From the Home page, click Deposit, then select Bank Transfer.
Alternatively, go to Virtual Accounts and select the bank channel you wish to use for your deposit.
If you have not yet opened a bank account, please refer to the Virtual Account application guide in the Help Center. You will first need to apply for a virtual account.
Once your virtual account application has been approved, select the appropriate bank account option based on your business needs.
Confirm the information, pay the account opening fee if applicable, and submit the application for review. Once approved, the bank account will automatically be added to your list of virtual accounts.
Step 2: Initiate a Fiat Deposit
Once your application has been approved, click Deposit again and select Bank Transfer. Click Virtual Account, then select the deposit account and payment method.
If you select SGB as the receiving account, enter the deposit amount. The page will display the amount to be received, the real-time exchange rate, and the applicable fees. After verifying the information, click Next.
Once the order has been created, the system will display the bank transfer details, including:
Bank name
Account name
Account number
IBAN
SWIFT/BIC code
Reference code
You may click Copy All to copy the bank transfer details above, then proceed to your own bank to complete the SWIFT transfer.
Please pay close attention to the notice highlighted in red on the page: when making a SWIFT transfer, you must include the reference code in the transfer reference or payment remarks.
After completing the transfer, click I’ve Made the Transfer. Once SGB receives the funds, Infini will use the reference code to reconcile the payment with the bank and credit the equivalent amount in USDC to your account. Funds are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days.
You can view the processing status of all orders on the Order History page.

A: The compliance team typically completes the review within 1–3 business days. If additional documents are required, we will notify you by email.
Once your application has been approved, the bank account details will automatically appear in your Bank Accounts list.
Q: Why am I unable to use fiat deposit and withdrawal services?

Q: Can I make a transfer from someone else’s bank account?
A: This depends on the bank you select.
