I. Overview
To help enterprise users manage multi-currency fiat funds more efficiently and connect their traditional banking assets to Infini's digital asset services, we have launched the onramp feature. When you need to transfer funds from a traditional bank account into the Web3 network, Infini integrates with multiple payment service providers to assign you a dedicated virtual bank account. You simply initiate a local bank transfer, and the system will automatically convert the fiat funds into stablecoins and credit them to your Infini account — bridging the gap between traditional finance and the Web3 ecosystem. You can also flexibly choose from different deposit regions and currencies, making cross-border fund transfers more efficient and convenient.
II. Use Cases and Advantages
No onramp channel, incomplete fund flow: Enterprise users previously had no way to transfer fiat funds directly from their bank accounts into the Infini platform, breaking the fund flow chain and making it impossible to complete the full fiat-to-stablecoin process within a single platform.
Complex cross-border deposit process, high operational barrier: Traditional cross-border onramps often involve multiple banks, complicated remittance details, and lengthy processing times. Users are required to switch between multiple systems, leading to low efficiency and a higher risk of errors.
Opaque compliance requirements, unclear application process: Opening a regulated receiving account requires meeting a series of compliance requirements, but users are often unsure what documents to prepare or how the review process progresses, resulting in a poor application experience.
Unclear exchange rates and uncertain arrival times: Before initiating a deposit, users cannot estimate the actual stablecoin amount they will receive, nor do they know when the funds will arrive, which affects financial planning and operational efficiency.
III. Step-by-Step Guide
Method 1: Deposit via Infini-Facilitated Channel (Lower Fees)
The payee name displayed to the sender's bank is the Infini entity name. No virtual account application is required — ready to use promptly. Suitable for scenarios with no special requirements on the payee name.
1. Go to the [Home] page and click the [onramp] button at the top to begin the deposit process.
2. Select the deposit currency and enter the deposit amount.
3. Once the order is generated, the system will display the bank transfer details, including:
Bank Name
Account Name
Account Number
SWIFT Code
Reference Code
Click [Copy All] to copy the bank transfer information, then proceed to your own bank to complete the SWIFT transfer.
Important: Please pay close attention to the red-bordered notice on the page — you must include the Reference Code in the transfer remarks when making the SWIFT transfer.
4. Once Singapore Gulf Bank receives the funds, Infini will verify the payment against the Reference Code and credit the equivalent USDC balance to your account. Funds are estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days. All order statuses can be tracked on the [Order History] page.
Method 2: Deposit Under Your Own Company Name (Same-Name Deposit)
The payee name displayed to the sender's bank is your own company name. Suitable for B2B reconciliation or compliance-sensitive scenarios. A virtual account must be applied for in advance. Once activated, the deposit process is the same as Method 1 — the system will automatically use your dedicated account information.
For virtual account application details, please refer to the section below.
Applying for a Dedicated Virtual Bank Account
1. Log in to Infini and ensure your enterprise account has completed standard KYB verification. For KYB details, please refer to the KYB and KYC Verification guide. If you have not yet applied for a virtual account, the system will prompt you to do so. Click [Global Bank Accounts] to proceed.
2. In the left-hand menu, select the region where you wish to open your virtual account, then choose the corresponding currency and payment method — either Local or SWIFT.
Required documents (mandatory):
Identity documents for UBO(s) and Director(s) (issued within the past 3 months)
Three valid invoices or contracts that demonstrate your business transactions (issued within the past 6 months)
A completed Business Information Form, filled out according to the provided template (download the template as instructed)
3. Add your company's registered operating address, confirm that all documents are in order, and click [Submit Application]. Review typically takes 1–3 business days. You will be notified of the result via email and Infini in-app notification.
Deposit Steps (After Virtual Account Approval)
1. Once your virtual account has been approved, go to [Global Bank Accounts] in the top navigation bar and click the [Transfer] button on the right to begin the deposit process.
Important: Do NOT transfer funds directly to the virtual account. You must follow the guided steps within the Infini system to initiate an onramp. Transfers made directly to the virtual account without going through the system will not be credited to your Infini account.
2. Select the desired currency (e.g., EUR, GBP, SGD, AED) and enter the deposit amount.
3. The system will display the dedicated virtual account information assigned to you. The account name will reflect your company name.
4. Copy the bank details and proceed to your bank to complete the transfer. This channel supports both same-name account transfers and incoming payments from third parties (e.g., your clients or business partners).
5. Funds are estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days. The system will automatically credit the equivalent stablecoin balance to your account. All order statuses can be tracked on the [Order History] page.
Fee Structure
Infini's fiat payment fees vary by account level. Transactions processed through the Infini-facilitated channel receive an additional discount of approximately 0.1% on top of the corresponding tier's base rate. For detailed fee information, please refer to the Fee Schedule.
Account Level | Base Rate/Same-Name Deposit | Infini-Facilitated Channel |
Standard | 0.20% | 0.10% |
Professional | 0.30% | 0.20% |
Elite | 0.50% | 0.40% |
IV. Usage Tips
Prepare compliance documents in advance: Before applying for a virtual account, gather the required identity documents for UBO(s) and Director(s) (issued within the past 3 months) and three valid invoices or contracts (issued within the past 6 months, in PDF, PNG, or JPG format, each no larger than 5 MB). Ensure all documents are clear and complete to expedite the review process.
Always include the Reference Code: When making a bank transfer, be sure to enter the system-generated Reference Code in the transfer remarks field. Omitting or entering an incorrect Reference Code will route your order to manual processing, extending the time to credit.
Complete your transfer before the order expires: Deposit orders are valid for 1–3 days. We recommend completing the bank transfer promptly after creating an order. If an order expires, you will need to create a new one. Please also note that bank holidays may affect transfer processing times — allow sufficient lead time when planning your transfers.
Understand deposit restrictions: The Infini-facilitated channel currently only supports transfers from accounts registered under the same name as your Infini-verified entity, and does not support third-party collection services. If you need to receive funds from third parties, please use the same-name deposit channel (virtual account).
V. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the relationship between the Infini-facilitated channel and Infini's previous deposit solution?
A: They are complementary and operate in parallel. The Infini-facilitated channel handles USD SWIFT payments only, while the previous deposit solution covers minor currencies and local payment methods. You do not need to be aware of the underlying channel differences.
Q: What should I do if I forgot to include the Reference Code in my transfer?
A: If the Reference Code was not included, your order will be routed to manual processing, which may take longer. We recommend proactively contacting customer support and providing your order number and proof of transfer to help expedite the resolution.
Q: Can I use someone else's bank account to make the transfer?
A: No. For compliance reasons, you must use a bank account registered under the same entity as your Infini account. Transfers from a third-party account may result in the funds being frozen or returned.
Q: Why is it mandatory to upload business contracts or invoices?
A: This is a compliance requirement. The documents are used to verify the legitimacy of your business activity and to support the opening of a regulated, dedicated receiving account. All uploaded documents will be submitted to our partner institution for review — please ensure they are authentic and valid.
Q: What should I do if my virtual account application is rejected?
A: Please review the reason for rejection as shown on the page or in the notification email. You may update or supplement your documents and resubmit the application. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Q: How long does a onramp take?
A: For deposits via the Infini-facilitated channel, Infini will process your deposit immediately upon receiving the bank transfer. Funds are estimated to arrive within 1–3 business days.
For deposits via the same-name channel (virtual account), the process involves two stages: the virtual account application review typically takes 1–3 business days; after approval, the bank transfer itself also takes approximately 1–3 business days, depending on your bank and currency. Please note that bank holidays may affect processing times.
