I. Feature Overview
To help enterprise users more efficiently convert stablecoin assets in their Infini accounts into fiat currency and transfer funds to designated bank accounts, we have launched the [Offramp] feature. When you need to make bank payments to cross-border suppliers, employees, or partners, you can initiate an offramp request directly based on the stablecoin balance in your account. The system will complete the fiat exchange and bank remittance through supported third-party payment providers, supporting multiple methods including SWIFT and local bank transfers. Within the same workflow, you can select the offramp channel, view real-time exchange rates and fees, and track order processing status, making cross-border fiat offramp more centralized, clear, and easy to manage.
II. Use Cases and Advantages
1.Multiple withdrawal channels to fit every scenario
Traditional cross-border payments require switching between multiple platforms, preparing various documents, and manually executing transfers — a process that is often time-consuming and error-prone. Fiat Withdrawal supports both local bank transfers and SWIFT remittances, with two sender name options: Via Infini and Via Your Name (same-name transfer). This flexibility covers a wide range of business scenarios, all within a single platform.
2.Pay anyone who can only receive fiat
Stablecoins alone cannot cover all payment scenarios — some recipients are only able to accept funds via local bank accounts, requiring businesses to seek out separate currency conversion and payout channels. Fiat Withdrawal converts your stablecoin balance directly into the target fiat currency and delivers it to the recipient's bank account, eliminating the need for additional intermediaries and reducing the complexity of cross-border fund flows.
3.Transparent fees and real-time rate visibility
Before submitting a withdrawal, the system displays the real-time exchange rate, applicable fees, and estimated arrival amount (subject to actual processing results), giving you a clear view of the total cost upfront. Choosing the SWIFT channel via Infini also unlocks an additional ~0.1% fee discount on your tier's base rate, with faster processing handled internally by Infini.
4.Full transaction traceability
Every withdrawal order is logged in [Transaction History] with complete details — including processing status, target currency, exchange rate, and fee breakdown — so you can follow up and reconcile at any time.
III. Operating Steps
1.Ensure your account has completed KYB verification and business address review, then click [Offramp] on the [Dashboard] page.
2.Once your bank account is successfully linked, click [Transfer].
3.Select the [Paymen Method].
When you select [Your name], the recipient's bank will see your own company name as the sender. This option is ideal for B2B reconciliation or compliance-sensitive scenarios where name consistency is required.
When you select [Via Infini], the recipient's bank will see the Infini entity name as the sender. This option requires no additional setup and is ready to use immediately — suitable for scenarios where the sender's name is not a concern.
