Infini uses “USD” as a reference display unit only. No fiat USD is involved. Supported deposit assets are USDT and USDC.

Infini supports two types of deposits. The first is an on-chain deposit, which means you can transfer your assets from another exchange or wallet to Infini. The second is receive from other Infini users.
1. On-Chain Deposit Steps:
(1) On the Dashboard or Account page, click the Deposit button to deposit USD stablecoins into Infini.
(2) We offer two deposit methods. The first is to deposit from another blockchain wallet or exchange to Infini. The second is to transfer from another Infini account.
(3) If you select an on-chain deposit, in the pop-up window, you can choose the network and cryptocurrency you would like to use for your deposit. You can either deposit assets by scanning the QR code or copying the address. When depositing assets, please make sure you have read and understood the 'Deposit hints' at the bottom of the page.
Please be aware that blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you enter the wrong address or network, your funds may be permanently lost.
(4) Once your deposit operation is submitted to the blockchain, you will be able to monitor the deposit progress on your home page. Depending on network congestion, this process typically takes between a few minutes to 20 minutes.
(5) Once the deposit is credited, you will receive an email from Infini, and the deposited amount will be added to your Infini wallet balance.
2. Receive from other Infini users Steps:
(1) If you need to receive funds from another Infini account, please select "Receive from other Infini users" in the pop-up window as shown below.
(2) An image with a payment QR code can be generated. The payer can use applications such as a mobile camera app or any app with a QR code scanning function to scan your payment code. They will then be automatically redirected to the Infini webpage, where they can enter the desired USD amount to transfer to your Infini account.
