Infini uses “USD” as the unit for valuation and displaying account balances. Please note that no fiat USD is involved in the actual movement of funds.
[Crypto Deposit] currently supports the following assets:
USDT
USDC
USDT0
BTC
USDT deposits are supported on the following blockchain networks:
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)
Arbitrum One
Ethereum (ERC20)
Solana
Tron (TRC20)
Base (EVM)
USDC, USDT0, and BTC each support specific deposit networks. Select the relevant asset to view and choose an available option under [Network].
This guide covers two deposit methods. The first is an on-chain deposit, which allows you to transfer assets to Infini from another exchange or wallet. The second is receiving assets from another Infini user.
I. How to Make an On-Chain Deposit
Open the Infini app and tap [Deposit] on [Home].
In the [Deposit] window, tap [Crypto Deposit].
Under [Token], select USDT, USDC, USDT0, or BTC. Then select the corresponding deposit network under [Network]. Supported networks may vary by asset. Make sure the selected network exactly matches the network used by the sending wallet or exchange.
After confirming the asset and network, scan the QR code, copy the [Payment Address], or tap [Share QR Code] to obtain or share the deposit details.
Before making a deposit, read and understand the [Deposit Notice].
Deposit Notice
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Entering an incorrect address or selecting the wrong network may result in the loss of assets. Carefully verify the asset, network, and deposit address before submitting the transaction.
Each deposit address is specific to the selected asset and network. Sending a different asset or using an unsupported network may result in the assets being unrecognized or permanently lost.
Due to the technical mechanisms of Arbitrum One, deposits may require additional on-chain confirmations to establish block finality. Under normal conditions, confirmation may take approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Actual processing times depend on the blockchain network and system processing status.
After completing the transfer from another wallet or exchange, view the deposit status in the transaction history on [Home]. Processing times may be affected by network congestion, blockchain confirmations, system reviews, and other factors.
Once the deposit is credited, the corresponding amount will appear in your Infini account balance. Some deposits may also trigger an email notification. Refer to your account balance and transaction history for the final status.
II. How to Receive Assets From Another Infini User
Open the Infini app, tap [Deposit] on [Home], and select [Infini Transfer].
On [Infini Transfer], you can view your unique payment QR code and Infini UID.
Ask the sender to scan your payment QR code, or copy and send your Infini UID to them. You can also tap [Share QR Code] to share the QR code.
The sender can use your QR code or Infini UID to initiate an Infini transfer and enter the asset and amount to be transferred.
[Infini Transfer] currently supports receiving USDT and USDC. Receiving USD is not currently supported. This process does not involve the transfer of fiat USD.
After the transfer is completed, check your account balance and transaction history for the deposit record. The final crediting status is subject to system processing.
Deposit and Withdrawal Disclaimer
Deposit and withdrawal features are available only where permitted under applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, and platform rules. These operations do not constitute any commitment or guarantee regarding processing times, success rates, available limits, or transaction outcomes.
Actual processing times, fees, limits, and available methods may vary depending on the asset type, blockchain network conditions, third-party services, the location of the user or business, compliance review status, and other factors. Refer to the information displayed in the Infini app and the actual system processing result.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction has been initiated and confirmed on the blockchain, it generally cannot be canceled or modified. The platform is not responsible for asset losses caused by an incorrect address, selection of the wrong network, operational errors, or failure to follow the relevant instructions.
Infini may review, delay, restrict, or decline a deposit or withdrawal for compliance, security, or risk management purposes. Infini may also require users to provide additional information. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such actions.
