Infini Business supports two withdrawal methods.
1、On-chain withdrawal — transfer assets to an external wallet.
2、Transfer to another Infini user.
Steps to withdraw to a wallet:
1、On the Home page, tap the Send button at the top and select To Wallet.
2、Select the Receiving Address, Network, Currency, and Amount to Receive. The system will display the total stablecoin amount you need to pay (including fees). After confirming the details, click Submit. The system will automatically route the request to the corresponding approver based on the approval policy.
3、The request enters the Transfer Request page. Members with approval permissions will see the request in the list and receive an email notification. They can click Approve or Reject.
4、Once approved, you can choose whether to add this payee to the recipient list for future reuse.
The administrator will receive a payment reminder. Go to the Pending Payment page, select the corresponding request, and click Confirm and Pay to complete the payment.
Once the withdrawal is complete, you will receive an email notification from Infini and can view the withdrawal details under Transactions on the Home page.
Transfer to Another Infini User
To transfer funds to another Infini account, select To Infini User.
On the Transfer page, enter the recipient's Infini UID and the transfer amount. The system will automatically display the amount to be deducted. Internal transfers between Infini accounts are fee-free.
Note: Enterprise users can find their own account UID under the Account Info dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Infini Home page.
