Infini supports two withdrawal methods.

The first is on-chain withdrawals, which means you can transfer your assets from Infini to other exchanges or wallets.

The second is withdrawing to other Infini users.

1. Steps to Withdraw to Other Exchanges or Wallets:

(1) On the Dashboard or Account page, click the Withdraw button.

(2) On the Send page, click Send funds and select the withdrawal method.

(3) In the pop-up window, select the USD stablecoin and blockchain you wish to withdraw to and fill in your withdrawal address and amount.

Please remember that as blockchain transactions are irreversible, entering the wrong address or network may result in loss of funds. We recommend users take extreme care in performing this operation.

(4) When confirming the withdrawal, please ensure that the selected cryptocurrency, amount, and withdrawal address are correct. Enter the verification code generated by the authenticator or the email verification code, and click 'Confirm' to proceed with the withdrawal.

(5) After the withdrawal is completed, you will receive an email notification from Infini. You can also view the withdrawal details in the Transactions History on the Dashboard page or under [Recent Records] on the Send page.

2. Steps to Withdraw to Other Infini Users:

(1) If you want to transfer your funds to another Infini account, please select the To Infini User.

(2) Please fill in the correct content, including Infini user's UID, Send amount, Notes.

(3) After confirming that the information is correct, enter the email verification code or Google Authenticator code to proceed.

Friendly Reminder:

Infini Personal users can view their account UID from the Account Information dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Home page.

Infini Business users can obtain their UID by clicking the Avatar/Company profile icon in the top-left corner of the Dashboard page.
