1. On the Invoices page, click the Invoice no. to view details, or click the Download icon on the far right to download the invoice.
2. If an invoice expires and you have only received partial payment, you can go to the invoice details page and create a Top-up invoice.
3. Once you have confirmed the top-up invoice details, click Create and send email.
4. After the top-up invoice is successfully created, both the new Invoice no. and the Original invoice no. will be displayed.
5. The invoices page will display the invoice type as Top-up.
6. Click the Invoice no. of the top-up invoice to view its details. You can also mark the order as Paid or Cancelled.
7. When marking it as Paid, you can upload a screenshot of the customer's payment confirmation under Attachments —> Select File.
If you choose to mark the order as Cancelled, the corresponding invoice will be voided. Please note that this action is irreversible.
