I. Feature Overview
To help merchants complete online collections more conveniently and efficiently, we have comprehensively upgraded the invoice feature. The upgraded invoice adds support for cryptocurrency and Infini Corporate Card collection capabilities, making your invoice collection experience more efficient and intelligent than ever before.
II. Pain Points Addressed
Complex collection process and high technical barriers: Many individual merchants and small businesses lack the technical capability to build e-commerce websites or integrate complex billing systems, making it difficult to complete invoice-based collections efficiently and affecting transaction efficiency.
Low efficiency in invoice matching and order management: When the same customer has multiple invoices, the matching of collection amounts and the updating of order statuses lack intelligent processing, which may lead to reconciliation confusion and missed orders.
III. Feature Highlights
Smart Invoice upgrade for a refreshed payment experience: The upgraded Invoice supports PDF preview and email preview, and adds Infini Corporate Card and cryptocurrency collection methods with friendly rates. Customers can complete payments directly through the checkout counter for a smoother experience.
Efficient collection matching and smart order management: The system automatically matches collections and updates invoice statuses through the built-in ID identifier of the invoice, improving the clarity and efficiency of reconciliation management.

Managing Invoices
Go to the [Invoice] module to view the list of all invoices and their statuses.
2. After the customer makes a payment, the update method of the invoice status depends on the payment channel:
If the customer pays directly through the email invoice, the system will automatically update the invoice status to "Paid".
If the customer pays through other channels, you need to manually find the corresponding invoice and mark it as "Paid" after receiving the payment, which helps you organize your invoice status more clearly.
V. Usage Tips
Make full use of the invoice preview feature: Before sending an invoice, we recommend checking the content using the preview method on the right to ensure the invoice information received by the customer is accurate.
Communicate with customers about using the email payment feature: We highly recommend you use the [Create and Send] feature to send the invoice directly to the customer's email. Customers can make payments directly in the email, and the system will automatically update the invoice status to "Paid".
