Infini will use an automated billing and renewal reminder system to handle the entire process from payment collection, renewal to status synchronization, upgrading Infini from a "one-time payment tool" to a "sustainable revenue collection infrastructure" to meet the long-term payment collection needs of SaaS merchants.

IV. Operation Steps
Subscription and Payment Process
1. Initial subscription: The Infini checkout order interface will clearly display subscription amount, cycle and other information. Customers select any payment method and complete payment, which represents agreement to the subscription terms. Note: Subscription dates and amounts are examples. You can configure specific information yourself.
2. Email reminder and renewal: Before the subscription expires, the system will automatically send a renewal reminder email with the subject line "Your Subscription Invoice is Ready" to the customer's mailbox. Click the [Pay Now] button in the email to jump to the payment page, verify the billing information and complete payment for the new cycle. After successful payment, the subscription will automatically renew.
Subscription Cancellation Process
1. Initiate cancellation: Find and click the [Unsubscribe] button at the bottom of the renewal reminder email.
2. Confirm cancellation: The system will jump to the [Confirm Subscription Cancellation] page. Click the [Confirm] button to finalize the cancellation.
3. Cancellation successful: The page displays [Subscription Cancelled Successfully]. After this, the system will no longer initiate charges or send renewal emails to this customer. The cancellation status will be synchronized to your merchant backend.
V. FAQ
Q: What happens if a customer's automatic renewal payment fails?
A: The current version of the Subscription Payment feature relies on customers actively clicking the email link to complete payment. If the customer does not complete payment before expiration, the subscription will be suspended.
Q: Can customers change payment methods midway?
A: Yes. Each time customers click the [Pay Now] button in the renewal email, they can reselect the payment method they wish to use for that transaction.
