I. Feature Overview

To help merchants collect payments online more conveniently and efficiently, we have introduced the Payment Link . When you need to collect payments from customers, you can create a payment link through the Infini dashboard to generate a dedicated payment page. Two modes are supported — a fixed amount and custom amount — suitable for B2B settlements, online sales and other payment scenarios.

  1. Complex Collection Process with High Technical Barriers: Many individual merchants and small businesses lack the technical capability to build e-commerce websites or integrate complex payment acquiring systems, making it difficult to collect payments online, affecting transaction efficiency, and resulting in missed transaction opportunities.

  2. Difficulty Meeting Multi-Scenario Collection Needs: Merchants need flexible collection methods (fixed/custom amounts, one-time/reusable links) across different scenarios such as B2B settlements, social media sales, and content-based payments, but existing tools cannot cover all these needs in a unified way.

  1. Flexible Creation with Minimal Technical Requirements: Simply fill in the collection title, amount, and currency in the dashboard, and the system generates a dedicated payment link and QR code. No complex technical integration is required to start collecting payments online.

  2. Multiple Modes for Various Scenario: Two collection modes — a fixed amount and custom amount — combined with one-time and reusable link options, flexibly adapt to B2B settlements, product sales, membership fees, content-based payments and other collection scenarios.

IV. Step-by-Step Guide

Creating a Payment Link

  1. Log in to Infini, go to [Payments] -> [Payment Links], and click the [Create a payment link] button.

2. Fill in the [Title] and [Description (Optional)] for the payment link, and select the [Currency].

Depending on your needs, enter the [Amount] or select the [Custom Amount] mode.

When you enter an amount, customers will pay the fixed amount you set each time.

When you select a custom amount, customers can enter the payment amount themselves.

You can choose whether to collect the customer's name and email based on your business needs.

3.After creating the link, the system will automatically generate a payment link. Copy this link and send it to your customers.

4. The recipient can open the link you copied to make a payment.

Managing Payment Links

  1. In the [Payment Links] list, you can view all created payment links and their statuses.

Click the three dots [...] derivative function button on the payment link to preview, edit, deactivate, or delete the link.

V. Usage Tips

  1. Fixed amount link: If you want all customers to pay the same amount you specify, enter the specific amount directly.

  2. Custom amount: If you want to create a link that allows different customers to pay different amounts, select custom amount and create the link.
