1. Pre-installation Requirements
Before starting the installation, please make sure that:
You have registered for and logged in to an Infini Business account
You have administrator access to your Shoplazza store
2. Shoplazza Store Installation Process
(Steps to follow below.)
Step 1: Log in to the Infini backend, go to Payments → Settings → Setup Guide, and select Shoplazza to install the payment application.
Click to install the payment application, and the page will generate your merchant ID and API Key:
Step2: Log in to the Shoplazza admin panel: https://www.shoplazza.com, then go to Settings → Payments → Add payment provider, search Infini by payment provider, and click Install App.
Step 3: Enter the merchant ID and API key you obtained from the Infini backend, then click Activate - Complete Installation.
3. Required Configuration After Installation
(1) Confirm Payment Methods
Cryptocurrency transfers are enabled by default. If you wish to enable card payments or Binance Pay, please log in to the Infini Dashboard → Payments → Settings → Payment Settings → enable the corresponding payment options.
(2) Confirm Order Amount Settings
For card payments, please ensure that the order amount meets the minimum requirement (recommended ≥ 9 USDT).
For cryptocurrency transfers and Binance Pay, the minimum order amount is 0.1 USDT.
(3) Verify Checkout Page Display
Create a test order and confirm that the Infini payment method is displayed on the Shoplazza checkout page.
1) Create an order in your store and complete the payment using Infini.
2) Click "Complete Order" to place your order. You will be redirected to the Infini Pay payment page (a multi-code scanning page).

Q1: When installing the plugin, it asks for a Merchant ID (MID) and API Key. Where can I find them?
Answer: The Merchant ID (MID) and API Key are generated by the Infini system.
How to obtain them: Infini Dashboard → Payments → Settings → Setup Guide → Shoplazza
Please make sure the information is entered correctly and kept securely. If incorrect details are provided, the payment method will not function properly.
Q2: How can I tell if the plugin has been installed successfully?
Answer: After successful installation:
Infini will appear as an available payment method in Shoplazza
The Infini payment option will be visible on the checkout page
If it does not appear, please try:
Refreshing the Shoplazza admin page
Verifying that the Merchant ID and API Key are entered correctly
Q3: How is the order status updated after payment is completed?
Answer: Once the customer completes the payment:
The order status in Shoplazza will be updated to “Paid.”
Merchants can view the corresponding transaction record on the Shoplazza Dashboard.
Q4: Why does only cryptocurrency payment appear on the checkout page after installation, and other payment methods are unavailable?
