This guide helps merchants understand how to enable and use Binance Pay within Infini, including the applicable requirements, fees, and payment flow.
1. Overview
Binance Pay is a crypto payment solution provided by Binance, covering a large global user base and supporting payments via the Binance App or Binance website.
Infini now supports Binance Pay to help merchants:
Reach more users within the Binance ecosystem
Improve conversion rates among crypto-native customers
Add a mainstream payment method without changing existing settlement workflows
2. Important Notes Before Enabling
KYB Merchants Only
Binance Pay is only available to business accounts that have completed KYB verification. Individual merchants (KYC-only accounts) are currently not supported.
3. Fee Structure
The reference standard transaction fee is 0.8%. For high-volume merchants or partnership opportunities, please contact our sales team for further discussion.
For merchants operating in special or high-risk industries, the transaction fee may be adjusted up to 1.0%, subject to compliance review and final approval.
4. How to Enable Binance Pay in Infini
Log in to the Infini Merchant Dashboard and navigate to: Payments → Settings → Payment Methods, then enable Binance Pay.
If your account has not yet completed KYB verification, a system prompt will appear. Please follow the instructions to complete the KYB process before enabling Binance Pay.
5. Payment Flow (Customer Side)
1. The customer selects Binance Pay on the checkout page. The page enters a loading state and the order is created.
2. The payment options are then displayed. The following three payment paths are supported:
2.1 QR Code Payment
A Binance Pay QR code is displayed. The customer scans the QR code using the Binance App, after which they will be redirected to the payment confirmation page to:
Select the payment account
Confirm the payment
Complete two-factor authentication
Once these steps are completed, the order payment is successful.

2.2 App Redirect Payment
On mobile devices, the system directly launches the Binance App to complete the payment. After the redirection, the customer proceeds through the following steps:
Select the payment account
Confirm the payment
Complete two-factor authentication
Once completed, the order payment is successful.

2.3 Web Payment
The customer is redirected to the Binance official website to complete the payment and continues using the web browser. The payment process includes:
Selecting the payment account
Confirming the payment
Completing two-factor authentication
Once these steps are completed, the order payment is successful.

6. Checkout Logo and Merchant Information Settings
Update Merchant Logo
Log in to the Infini Merchant Dashboard → Settings & Verification → upload the logo file → save the changes.
Update Merchant Name Navigate to Acquiring → Settings → Payment Settings, then update the merchant display name.
Once the setup is completed, the logo will be displayed on the payment page and included in relevant notifications.
7. Order Expiration Time Settings
Merchants can set the order validity period based on their business needs.
Setting path: Infini Business Dashboard → Payments → Settings → Payment Settings → Order Expiration Time (minutes) → Save Changes
The order expiration time can be entered manually (in minutes).
Alternatively, merchants can click “Quick Setup” to select from commonly used time options.
The maximum order validity period is 30 days.
