Enter an email address that you regularly use and can access, then tap [Continue].

Check your email for the verification code and enter it in the app. Verification codes are typically valid for a limited time. Refer to the on-screen instructions for details.

Review the User Agreement, Risk Disclosure, and Privacy Policy displayed on the page. If you understand and agree to them, select the corresponding checkbox and continue.

If prompted, set up a login password, device passcode, or another security verification method. We recommend using a unique password that you do not use on other platforms.

Provide the required information and submit your registration. Your account is created when the app confirms that registration is complete.

After registration, the app may ask you to complete your profile or verify your identity. Feature availability may vary depending on your region, account status, and identity verification result.

Open the Infini App and tap [Log In].

Enter the email address you used to register.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete password, email verification code, or other security verification.

After verification, you can access your Infini Personal account.

Q: Why can’t I find the Infini App in the app store? A: App availability may vary depending on your app store region, device model, and operating system version.

Q: Why haven’t I received the email verification code? A: Confirm that you entered the correct email address, then check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. You can also wait briefly and request a new code by following the on-screen instructions. Avoid requesting codes repeatedly within a short period.

Q: What should I do if the app says my email address is already registered? A: An Infini account may already be associated with that email address. Return to the [Log In] page and try signing in. If you cannot log in, follow the account recovery instructions displayed in the app.
