Unified Login and Registration

Written by Emy Huang

I. Overview

Infini has combined registration and sign-in for Personal and Business Accounts. Click 【Get started】 on the Infini website, enter your email address, and complete email verification. The system will automatically direct you to the appropriate registration or sign-in flow.

One login identity can be linked to one Personal Account and one Business Account. After signing in, you can switch between existing accounts from the top-left corner of the Dashboard or activate an account type you have not opened yet.

Privacy: Registration and sign-in use the same entry point. The next step is determined only after email verification, and the prompts do not reveal whether an email address is registered with Infini.

II. Key Features

  • One entry point: Both registration and sign-in start from 【Get started】.

  • One login identity: Use one email address to access the linked Personal and Business Accounts.

  • Easy account switching: Switch accounts without signing out.

  • Open accounts when needed: Start with a Personal or Business Account and activate another account type later.

  • Configurable sign-in security: Use email verification, with optional Google 2FA.

III. Registration

Enter your email address

Enter the email address you want to use with Infini, then click 【Continue】.

Verify your email

Enter the verification code sent to your email address. Never share this code with anyone.

Choose an account type

Choose a Personal Account or Business Account based on how you plan to use Infini:

  • Business Account: Designed for businesses and teams, with access to payment, treasury management, and other business services. You will need to enter your business name during registration and complete KYB or KYC verification, depending on the account type.

  • Personal Account: Designed for individuals, with access to virtual cards, crypto buying and selling, Earn, and other personal services. KYC verification is required.

Each login identity can be linked to one Personal Account and one Business Account. You only need to choose one during registration and can activate the other account type later from the top-left corner of the Dashboard.

Please note that Personal and Business Accounts are separate account spaces. Their balances, transaction records, verification statuses, and permissions are not combined.

Create a password

Create a password for your unified login identity. The password is not limited to the account type selected during registration.

Open the Dashboard

After registration, you will be signed in and directed to the Dashboard.

IV. Sign-in

Existing users also start by clicking 【Get started】. You do not need to choose between “Sign in” and “Register.”

Enter your email address

Enter the email address associated with your Infini login, then click 【Continue】.

Verify your email

Enter the verification code sent to your email address.

Complete Google 2FA, if enabled

If Google 2FA is enabled for sign-in, enter the 6-digit code from Google Authenticator. Otherwise, this step is skipped.

Choose the account you want to sign in to (optional)

If both a Personal Account and a Business Account are active, choose the account you want to sign in to.

Sign in successfully

After verification, you will be directed to the Dashboard for the account you selected.

V. Manage Your Sign-in Method

After signing in, go to 【Security】 to manage your sign-in method. Infini supports:

  • Email + email verification code

  • Email + email verification code + Google 2FA

Security: When Google 2FA is enabled, you must complete it after email verification each time you sign in. Keep your Google Authenticator and recovery information secure.

VI. Switch or Activate Accounts

After signing in, click the account name in the top-left corner of the Dashboard. You can:

  • Switch to an existing Personal or Business Account.

  • Activate a Personal Account that has not yet been opened.

  • Create or activate a Business Account and provide the requested business information.

Switching accounts changes the active account workspace without signing you out. Balances, transaction records, members, permissions, and verification statuses remain separate for each account.

VII. First Sign-in for Existing Users

If you had both an Infini Personal Account and an Infini Business Account before unified login was introduced, you may be asked to unify your login information the first time you use the new entry point.

  • Create a new unified login password for the Personal and Business Accounts linked to the same login identity.

  • Keep one existing Google Authenticator or set up Google 2FA again as instructed.

  • After setup, use the unified entry point and switch between linked accounts from the top-left corner.

Note: You may still be asked to create a new password even if your previous Personal and Business Account passwords were the same. This step completes the login unification process.

VIII. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why is there no separate Register or Sign in entry point?

A: Registration and sign-in are combined. Click 【Get started】 and complete email verification; the system will automatically continue with the appropriate flow.

Q: Will Infini reveal whether an email address is registered?

A: No. To protect account privacy, the entry point and email-verification stage use a unified flow and do not reveal registration status before verification.

Q: Can I select only one account type during registration?

A: Yes. Open a Personal or Business Account first, then activate another account type later from the account switcher.

Q: Do Personal and Business Accounts require separate sign-ins?

A: No. Accounts linked to the same login identity can be switched from the top-left corner of the Dashboard.

Q: Are balances and transaction records combined after account switching?

A: No. Only the login identity and entry point are unified. Balances, transactions, members, permissions, and verification statuses remain separate.

Q: Why do existing users need to create a new password?

A: The new password unifies the previous Personal and Business Account login information under one login identity.

Q: Can I disable Google 2FA for sign-in?

A: You can manage your sign-in method in 【Security Center】. After Google 2FA is disabled, you will only need your email address and an email verification code to sign in. For stronger account security, we recommend keeping Google 2FA enabled.

Q: What should I do if I do not receive the email verification code?

A: Check your spam folder, confirm that the email address is correct, and request a new code. Contact Infini Support if the issue continues.
