User & Permission Management

On the User Management page, you can invite new users and manage user roles.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Click [User Management] on the left-side menu to open the Permission Management page.
You can click Invite a New Users to invite your team members to join your Infini Business organization.

2. Click the [Roles] button to view Infini’s five built-in default roles.

(1) Owner: The only role that can “close the account” and “remove other Admins.” Only one owner can be assigned.

(2) Member: Follows the principle of least privilege and is suitable for regular employees. Members can only view basic information of their own corporate cards.

(3) Finance: Designed for finance teams. Can view all data and manage bills and payees, but cannot manage users or change settings.

(4) Developer: Designed for engineering teams. Can manage APIs and Checkout settings, but cannot access funds or financial data to ensure separation of duties.

(5) Admin: Can manage users, funds, and settings, but cannot close the account or remove the Owner.



Click “Permissions” to view the specific permissions associated with each role.


3. When inviting new members, you can enter their name and select a role. After entering the new member’s email address, click Send email to invite.

4. If the user has already created an Infini Business account on their own, or has already joined another Infini Business organization, your invitation will fail. Reason: One email address cannot be associated with multiple Infini Business accounts at this time.

The page will display the message: User is already a member of one organization

5. After clicking “Send email to invite”, the page will display: “Invitation email sent. It may take a moment to arrive.”

6. If you invite the same user, the page will display: Pending invitation already exists for this email

7. Click the overflow menu (⋮) on the right to perform actions such as editing user information, transferring ownership, suspending a user, or deleting a user.
Notes: The Owner is the highest-level administrator of the company account and has full system access. An admin can transfer their full permissions to a target user.

8. After the invitee clicks Accept Invitation, they will be redirected to the Infini Business registration page.

9. After the invitee completes registration, you will see their status as Active on the User Management page. You can also click the three dots on the right to perform actions such as edit user information, suspend user, or delete user.

Friendly Reminder:

(1) Currently, a single email address cannot be associated with multiple Infini Business accounts. Therefore, if you have already registered an Infini Business account, you cannot join another user's Infini Business organization. (This feature will be supported in the future and is currently on our roadmap. Please stay tuned!)

(2) The invitation link is valid for 7 days. If the link has expired, please contact your inviter to resend the invitation.
