Manage Company Members, Roles, and Permissions

Introduction

Use the [Members] page to view company members, invite new users, and assign roles and permissions based on their responsibilities.

The page contains two tabs:

  • [Users]: View each member’s name, role, email address, and status, and invite new users to the company account.

  • [Roles]: View role descriptions, permission details, and assigned user counts, or create a new role.

The following preset roles are available:

Role

Permission description

Owner

The primary management role for the company account. It can use the permissions made available to the Owner, including account closure.

Member

Has basic permissions to view their own corporate card information and details and initiate transfers.

Finance

Can view company financial data and approve transfer requests submitted by members. It cannot manage users or modify settings.

Developer

Can manage APIs and checkout settings for technical integrations. It cannot perform fund operations.

Admin

Can manage users, funds, and settings. It cannot close the account or remove the Owner.

Steps

Access the Members page

  1. Log in to Infini.

  2. From the left navigation menu, select [Settings] -> [Members].

  3. Switch between the [Users] and [Roles] tabs as needed.

View and invite company members

  1. Open the [Users] tab to view each member’s name, role, email address, and status.

  2. Click [Invite New User] at the top of the page.

  3. Enter the member’s name.

  4. Select one or more roles in the [Role] field.

  5. Enter the member’s email address.

  6. Review the information and click [Send Invitation Email].

  7. Return to the [Users] list to check the member’s status after sending the invitation.

Before sending an invitation, review the permissions of each selected role and confirm that they match the member’s responsibilities.

View roles and permissions

  1. Open the [Roles] tab.

  2. Review each role’s name, description, permission count, and assigned user count.

  3. Click the permission count for a role to view its permission details.

  4. Select roles based on each member’s responsibilities.

Create a new role

  1. Open the [Roles] tab.

  2. Click [Create a New Role] at the top of the page.

  3. Enter the role name and description as prompted.

  4. Configure the permissions required for the role’s responsibilities.

  5. Review the permission scope and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

  6. Return to the [Roles] list to confirm the new role and its permissions.

When creating a role, assign only the permissions needed for its responsibilities and review role assignments regularly.
