Ⅰ、Feature Overview
To help business users convert stablecoin balances in their Infini accounts into fiat currency and send the funds to designated bank accounts more efficiently, we have introduced the Virtual Accounts Offramp feature.
When you need to make bank payments to overseas suppliers, employees, or business partners, you can initiate a withdrawal directly from your stablecoin balance. The fiat conversion and bank transfer will be processed through our licensed partners.
The feature supports multiple payment networks, including ACH, FedWire, SEPA, CHAPS, FPS, and SWIFT. Within a single workflow, you can select a withdrawal channel, view the real-time exchange rate and applicable fees, and track the status of your transaction.
Ⅱ、Use Cases and Benefits
Multiple withdrawal channels covering different currencies and payment networks worldwide
Fiat withdrawals are available through:
Lead Bank for USD
Banking Circle for EUR and GBP
Singapore Gulf Bank for USD
These options accommodate different currency, region, and settlement-speed requirements.
A unified bank account onboarding process
Fiat deposits, fiat withdrawals, and bank account management are now accessible through a single onboarding flow.
You only need to submit the required compliance documents when using the service for the first time. Once approved, you will be able to use the relevant bank account for both deposits and withdrawals. For future withdrawals, simply select an existing approved account.
Real-time visibility into exchange rates and fees
Before submitting a withdrawal request, you will see the applicable exchange rate, transaction fees, and estimated amount to be received.
Account opening fees and transaction fees are clearly disclosed, with no monthly charges or hidden fees.
Ⅲ、How to Make a Virtual Accounts Offramp
Step 1: Select a bank withdrawal channel
From the dashboard page, click Send, then select To Bank.
Alternatively, go to Virtual Accounts and select the bank channel you would like to use for Offramp.
If you have not yet opened a bank account, please refer to the Virtual Account onboarding guide in the Help Center. You must first apply for a virtual account.
Once your virtual account application is approved, select the appropriate banking channel based on your business needs. Review the account information, pay the account opening fee where applicable, and submit the application for review.
Once approved, the bank account will automatically appear in your Virtual Accounts list.
Step 2: Initiate offramp
Once your account has been approved, go to Send > To Bank again. Click Recipient and add a new beneficiary.
Select an approved virtual account based on the currency you wish to withdraw, then choose the payment method.
Enter the beneficiary’s details.
Enter the withdrawal amount. The page will display the estimated amount to be deducted, the real-time exchange rate, and the applicable fees. Select the payment purpose, upload the relevant invoice or contract, and click Submit.
After submitting the withdrawal request, go to Ready to Pay and select the relevant request. Review the information, click Confirm and Pay, and enter the verification code sent to your email address to complete the withdrawal.
Once submitted, you can view the transaction under Paid or Transaction History.
