The account level system includes three levels: Standard, Professional, and Elite. Your account level is determined based on your average balance or card spend over the previous 30 days. Each level offers different card cashback benefits.

Standard
Standard is the base account level. There are no balance or card spend requirements.
Available benefits include:
Eligible card purchases may receive 2% cashback during the promotional period.
The fiat deposit and withdrawal fee is 0.20%.
Professional
You can upgrade to Professional by meeting either of the following requirements:
Maintain a 30-day average balance of at least $10,000.
Reach at least $10,000 in card spend over the previous 30 days.
Available benefits include:
Receive 2.5% cashback on the first $10,000 in eligible card spend each month.
Card spend above $10,000 follows the base cashback rules.
The fiat deposit and withdrawal fee is 0.20%.
Elite
You can upgrade to Elite by meeting either of the following requirements:
Maintain a 30-day average balance of at least $100,000.
Reach at least $100,000 in card spend over the previous 30 days.
Available benefits include:
Receive 3% cashback on the first $50,000 in eligible card spend each month.
Card spend above $50,000 follows the base cashback rules.
The fiat deposit and withdrawal fee is 0.20%.
Level and Cashback Details
Professional and Elite levels use balance or card spend requirements based on the previous 30 days. Meeting either requirement is sufficient.
The “first $10,000” or “first $50,000” refers to the monthly card spend eligible for the corresponding level’s cashback rate.
Card spend above the applicable monthly amount follows the base cashback rules.
Promotion availability, eligible transaction types, cashback calculations, and distribution arrangements are subject to the applicable promotion rules and the information displayed in the app.
