I. Feature Overview
The [Recipients] page gives you one place to add, review, and manage recipients for Bill Pay. Crypto and fiat payout recipients are maintained in separate lists. Depending on the payout type, you can add a recipient using an Infini UID, an on-chain address, or an available fiat payout method. This helps streamline recipient setup and reduce repeated data entry.
II. Pain Points Addressed
Scattered recipient information: Account details, currencies, networks, and wallet addresses may be stored across different tools, requiring repeated searches and manual entry.
Different recipient types: Crypto and fiat payouts require different information. Keeping them in the same workflow can make records harder to review.
Network mismatches: A crypto asset may be available on multiple networks. Selecting a network that does not match the recipient address may affect the payout.
Difficult recipient lookup: As your recipient list grows, locating a specific record by browsing the full list becomes less efficient.
III. Key Highlights
Separate recipient lists: Manage [Crypto Recipients] and [Fiat Payout Recipients] in dedicated tabs for clearer record keeping.
Flexible crypto recipient setup: Add a crypto recipient using either an [Infini UID] or an [On-Chain Address], depending on the details provided by the recipient.
Structured fiat recipient setup: Select the recipient country or region, payout currency, payment account, and payment method in a guided flow.
Recipient search and filtering: Filter crypto recipients by [Currency] and [Network], or use keyword search to locate a record.

V. Best Practices
Use recognizable recipient names: Enter the recipient's legal name, business name, or a clear internal label to make future searches and reviews easier.
Verify the network: Before saving an on-chain address, confirm that the selected currency and network match the information provided by the recipient. Do not rely on the address format alone.
Review recipient details before saving: Check the UID, address, currency, network, country or region, and payout method before submitting the recipient.
Keep recipient records current: If a recipient changes their account or wallet details, confirm the latest information with them before initiating a payout.
VI. FAQ
Q: Why are [Save] and [Add Another] unavailable? A: Check that all required fields have been completed and that your [Google Authenticator Code] is valid. For an on-chain recipient, you must also provide the currency, network, recipient address, and recipient name.
Q: What is the difference between an [Infini UID] and an [On-Chain Address]? A: Use [Infini UID] when the recipient provides a valid Infini UID. Use [On-Chain Address] when the recipient provides a wallet address for a specific currency and network.
Q: How do I select the correct network for an on-chain address? A: Confirm the currency and network directly with the recipient, then select the matching options under [Currency and Network]. If the information is unclear, contact the recipient before saving the address.
Q: Why can I not find a specific fiat country, currency, or payout method? A: Available options may vary based on your account status, region, and product availability. Refer to the options currently displayed on the page or contact customer support for assistance.
Q: What should I do if I cannot access my [Google Authenticator Code]? A: Select [Use Recovery Code] if the option is available. If you cannot access your recovery code, click [Contact Us] for assistance.
