Dear, if you previously backed up your recovery codes, you can recover your account by yourself.

Steps:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner → SettingsAccount SecurityReset Authenticator.

  2. Enter your Infini account password, then click “Use a recovery code” at the bottom of the page.

  3. After clicking, the system will ask you to enter one backup code. Each backup code is usually an 8- or 10-character combination of numbers and/or letters (or one of the groups shown on the page—please follow what is displayed there).

  4. After entering a valid backup code, you will be able to log in successfully.

Once you are logged in, please immediately bind a new Google Authenticator. This is a very important security step. You need to:

  • Open Google Authenticator

  • Use the QR code or secret key provided by your account to bind it again

  • Safely store your new recovery codes

Important reminders

  • Each recovery code can only be used once.

  • If you cannot find your backup codes or you're sure that you never saved them, please contact online customer support and submit the required information to remove your Google Authenticator from your account.

Tips:

Common reasons why recovery codes don’t work and how to fix them:

1. Typing errors

(1) Issue: Backup codes are often shown as 8 digits, sometimes grouped with spaces or hyphens (e.g. 1234-5678 or 1234 5678), but the system may only accept plain digits.

(2) Solution: Try entering the code as a continuous 8-digit number without any spaces or symbols. If your code is shown in groups, please join them together before entering.

2. Code has already been used

(1) Issue: Each backup code can only be used once. If you have successfully used this code to recover your account before, it is now invalid.

(2)Solution: Choose a new, unused code from your list of saved backup codes.

3. Code does not match the account

(1) Issue: You may be logged into the wrong account or using backup codes generated for a different Google account.

(2) Solution: Carefully check which Google account (email address) you’re trying to log in to, and make sure the recovery code you are using was generated specifically for that account.
