Eligible Infini users can earn cashback on purchases made with an Infini Card at participating AI merchants. The applicable cashback rate is determined by the user’s membership tier on the date the transaction is settled.

Both subscription payments and API top-ups are eligible. Cashback is calculated monthly and is generally issued on the second day of the following month. The actual crediting time is subject to system processing.

The system splits the transaction for cashback calculation purposes.

For example, suppose a Professional member has not yet used any of their monthly AI cashback allowance and makes a qualifying AI purchase of $30. The first $20 is calculated at the 50% AI cashback rate, generating $10 in cashback. The remaining $10 is then assessed under the standard purchase cashback rules.

If the member still has available allowance for the enhanced standard purchase cashback rate, the remaining $10 is calculated at 3%, generating an additional $0.30. The transaction is therefore expected to earn a total of $10.30 in cashback.

Once the cap is reached, subsequent AI purchases are no longer calculated at the AI cashback rate. They may instead be assessed under the standard purchase cashback rules.

Professional and Elite members with remaining enhanced cashback allowance for standard purchases will first earn the applicable enhanced cashback rate. Any amount exceeding that allowance is calculated at 1.5%.

When a payment is made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, the app store generally processes the charge instead of the AI merchant charging you directly. The transaction is therefore not eligible for AI Merchant Cashback.

AI Merchant Cashback currently applies only to the merchants listed in this Help Center article. Advertising spend with merchants not included in the list is not eligible for AI Merchant Cashback. However, qualifying transactions may still earn cashback under the standard purchase cashback rules.

If a refund is processed before the monthly cashback payout on the second day of the month, the system will reverse the applicable cashback based on the membership tier and cashback rate recorded for the original transaction.

The monthly cashback allowance used by the transaction will not be reinstated after the refund. If a transaction whose cashback was calculated in segments is partially refunded, the higher-rate cashback portion will be reversed first.

Under the current program rules, cashback already issued will generally not be clawed back if the refund occurs after the payout. However, cashback may be adjusted or recovered in cases involving irregular refund activity, program abuse, or other violations of the applicable program rules. Any adjustment is subject to the applicable rules and system processing results.
