During the Promotion Period, use your Infini Card to make an eligible purchase on Apple.com for a chance to receive a full order reimbursement, an Apple Watch, or AirPods. Eligible participants may also receive 2-3% cashback and exclusive Infini merchandise.
I. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from September 12 at 8:00 PM through October 23 at 11:59 PM, UTC+8
Transactions must be completed during the Promotion Period. Eligibility will be determined based on the time the transaction is successfully posted.
II. Eligibility
To participate in this promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:
You have registered an Infini account and completed all required identity verification.
Your Infini account and the Infini Card used for the transaction are active and in good standing.
You are located in a region where Infini services and this promotion are available.
You comply with the Infini User Agreement, applicable card terms, and these promotion rules.
III. Promotion Rewards
1.Apple.com Order Reimbursement Draw (Total Winners: 1)
During the Promotion Period, use your Infini Card to make a single eligible purchase of US$1,000 or more on Apple.com to receive one entry into the order reimbursement draw.
Please note:
The final posted amount of a single order must be at least US$1,000.
The value of multiple orders cannot be combined to meet the spending requirement.
Each eligible order receives one entry into the draw.
The reimbursement amount will be based on the final posted amount of the eligible order.
2.Apple Watch or AirPods Draw (Total Winners: 1)
After the Promotion Period ends, Infini will select one winner from the pool of eligible active users. The winner will receive either an Apple Watch or AirPods.
You will be considered an active user if you meet at least one of the following criteria:
a. You have enrolled in the promotion and spent a total of at least US$500 with your Infini Card during the preceding 30 days.
b. You have enrolled in the promotion, maintained an average balance of at least US$1,000 in your Infini account during the preceding 30 days, and completed at least one qualifying transaction.
c. During the Promotion Period, you use your Infini Card to make a single purchase of more than US$500 and no more than US$1,000 on Apple.com.
The specific prize, model, color, and claim process will be confirmed in the winner notification. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.Exclusive Infini Merchandise
During the Promotion Period, users who spend more than US$100 and no more than US$500 with their Infini Card will have a chance to receive an exclusive Infini merchandise set.
Each eligible user may receive no more than one merchandise set. The claim process, items included, available quantity, claim period, and eligible delivery regions will be specified in the promotion notice.
IV. Eligible Transaction Requirements
An eligible transaction must meet all of the following requirements:
The transaction is made during the Promotion Period using an Infini Card linked to the participant’s own account.
The transaction is identified as an Apple.com merchant transaction by the relevant card network or payment partner.
The transaction is successfully completed and posted.
The transaction complies with these promotion rules and the applicable Infini Card terms.
The following transactions are not eligible:
Transactions that are not successfully posted, declined, canceled, reversed, or fully refunded.
Purchases made at a physical Apple Store or through a third-party reseller.
Transactions made through an external payment service where the underlying merchant cannot be identified.
Cash withdrawals, money transfers, cash equivalents, or card top-ups.
Transactions that Infini reasonably determines to involve manufactured spending, cash cycling, fraud, or promotion abuse.
Transactions that violate the Infini User Agreement, applicable card terms, or applicable laws and regulations.
V. Order Cancellations and Refunds
If an order is canceled, reversed, or fully refunded, the transaction will no longer qualify for the promotion. Any associated draw entry, cashback, or other reward may be canceled.
If an order is partially refunded, eligibility will be recalculated based on the final posted amount after the refund. If the final amount falls below US$1,000, the order will no longer qualify for the order reimbursement draw.
VI. Winner Notification and Reward Fulfillment
The prize draws are expected to be completed within 14 business days after the Promotion Period ends.
Infini will contact winners through their registered email address, an in-app message, or another official communication channel. Winners must complete eligibility verification and provide the information required for reward fulfillment within 30 days of receiving the notification.
A winner will be considered to have forfeited the prize if they fail to respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, do not pass eligibility verification, or decline to provide the required information.
VII. Fair Participation and Additional Terms
Each user may participate only through their own Infini account and an Infini Card issued in their own name.
If Infini identifies the use of multiple accounts, fabricated transactions, related-party transactions, technical manipulation, or any other attempt to improperly obtain entries or rewards, Infini may disqualify the participant and recover any rewards already issued, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Whether this promotion can be combined with other offers is subject to the terms of the relevant offer.
Users should retain their Apple.com order confirmation and Infini Card transaction records for eligibility verification.
If a transaction is not correctly identified due to delayed merchant presentment, split settlement, or incomplete merchant information, contact Infini Support and provide the relevant supporting documents.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or statutory charges arising from cashback or physical prizes, subject to the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
If the promotion is affected by force majeure, system failure, or circumstances beyond Infini’s reasonable control, Infini may adjust the promotion arrangements as permitted by applicable law and will notify users through official channels.
Any changes to these promotion rules will not affect rights lawfully acquired by users before the changes take effect.
