I. Feature Overview
To help business clients better manage employee expenses, Infini has launched the Corporate Cards feature. When your team needs to handle daily expenses such as SaaS subscriptions, ad campaigns, project procurement, or business travel, Corporate Cards provide a efficient corporate virtual card solution integrated with your Infini account. Designed to replace tedious personal out-of-pocket reimbursements, it gives administrators real-time visibility, control, and traceability over every transaction.
Currently, Infini Lite and Infini Pro are live, catering to different cross-border payment scenarios. New features—including monthly auto top-ups, low-balance alerts, and employee application/approval workflows—have also been added to further enhance the corporate expense management experience.
II. Pain Points Addressed
Inefficient Traditional Payment Methods: Relying on the administrator's personal card or employee out-of-pocket payments involves tedious, lengthy reimbursement processes. This ties up employee funds and lowers overall operational efficiency.
Inadequate Fund Management: Using personal cards for corporate payments leads to disorganized expense management, making it difficult to track budgets and control spending in real time. Finance teams also face significant challenges during reconciliation without clear details for each transaction.
Suboptimal Card Experience for Employees: Employees must frequently advance personal funds for business expenses and navigate complex reimbursement workflows. During emergencies, they may also face insufficient card limits or a lack of available cards.
High Cross-Border Fees and Limited Scenarios: A single card BIN may experience declines on certain payment platforms (e.g., specific ad networks or AI subscription services). Additionally, high foreign exchange conversion fees increase corporate operational costs.
III. Key Highlights
Three-Card Matrix for Diverse Payment Scenarios:
Lite Card: Supports Apple Pay / Google Pay and platforms with strict payment controls like ChatGPT and Claude.
Pro Card: Features a low 1% foreign exchange (forex) fee and automatic 1.5% cashback across multiple spending scenarios.
AI Card (Launching in June): Specifically designed for AI tool subscriptions and ad campaigns, also featuring a 1% forex fee and 1.5% targeted cashback.
Cashback to Reduce Operational Costs: When spending with the Infini Pro card, the system automatically calculates all eligible transactions at the end of each month and issues a 1.5% cashback directly in stablecoins, no manual conversion or claim required.
Monthly Auto Top-Ups to Reduce Manual Recharges: Administrators can set a monthly auto top-up limit for any card. The system automatically transfers funds from the main account on a designated day each month, ensuring high-frequency spending cards maintain a sufficient balance and preventing SaaS or ad campaign interruptions.
Low-Balance Alerts for Proactive Monitoring: Set a balance alert threshold for each card. When the balance falls below this limit, the system automatically emails the administrator so they can take action before funds are depleted.
Real-Time Control, Security, and Transparency: Administrators have full control. They can view transaction records for all cards at any time and instantly lock or terminate any card to mitigate financial risks.
IV. Step-by-Step Guide
1. Prerequisite: Invite Team Members (Optional)
When creating a Business Card, you must select a cardholder. Super administrators can invite team members to join the organization and assign them as cardholders. For detailed steps on inviting team members, please refer to: How to Manage Permissions and Invite Members.
Please note:
Users who have completed Corporate Verification (KYB) can create up to 100 cards.
Users who have completed Personal Verification (KYC) can create up to 3 cards.
If you are using the card for personal expenses and do not need to involve other team members, simply select yourself as the cardholder.
2. Creating and Managing Corporate Cards (Admin)
(1) Create a Business Card
Navigate to the Corporate Cards page. You can click Compare Cards on the left to view the features of different Infini Corporate Cards.
Click Create Your First Card. In the pop-up window, select the Card BIN (Lite / Pro), enter the Card Name, choose the Cardholder from the team member list, and input the Initial Balance. After confirming the details, click Submit. The system will deduct a $10 USD card issuance fee plus the initial balance to generate your virtual business card.
Tip: We recommend naming cards based on their purpose (e.g., "Meta Ads - Project A" or "SaaS Subscriptions - R&D Team") to simplify future reconciliation and management.
Refer to the table below to choose the right card:
Card Type | Key Use Cases | Key Features |
Infini Lite | Apple Pay / Google Pay binding; subscriptions on platforms with strict payment controls (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude). | US-issued; high compatibility. |
Infini Pro | High-volume daily expenses (cross-border ads, SaaS procurement, etc.) where a mobile wallet is not required. | HK-issued; 1% forex fee; 1.5% cashback on all spending. |
Infini AI | AI tool subscriptions (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Cursor, etc.) and ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). | Designed for AI & Ads; 1% forex fee; 1.5% targeted cashback. |
Important Note: Due to issuer risk controls, Infini Pro cannot be used to subscribe to platforms like ChatGPT or Claude. If you have these subscription needs, please choose Infini Lite or Infini AI.
Billing Address Guidelines
Infini Lite and Infini Pro are issued by banks in different regions. To maximize payment success rates when subscribing to or paying for services, please fill in the billing address according to the card type:
Infini Lite: Issued by a US bank. Please use a United States billing address.
Infini Pro: Issued by a Hong Kong bank. Please use a Hong Kong billing address.
A mismatch between the billing address and the card's issuing region may result in a declined payment. If a transaction fails, please verify that the billing address is filled in correctly.
(2) Edit Card Name
Select a card, click the pencil icon next to the card name to edit it, and press Enter to save.
(3) View Card Information
Click View Details below the card to view the full card number, expiration date, CVV, and other key details required for online payments.
3DS Verification Code Tip: If a transaction triggers 3DS verification, select the E-mail channel to receive the verification code, then click Submit. Enter the verification code received in your email from Infini to complete the payment. Due to card issuer network conditions, there may be a 10-20 minute delay in receiving the verification email. If the merchant platform has a strict timeout (e.g., 3-5 minutes), we recommend temporarily avoiding using affected cards on that platform.
(4) Top Up
Select the target card, click Top Up, and enter the amount to instantly transfer funds from your main account to the card.
(5) Balance Redemption
Click Redeem to instantly return the card balance to your main corporate account, allowing flexible fund reallocation.
(6) Freeze Card
Click Freeze to temporarily freeze the card. A Freezed card cannot perform any transactions. You can unfreeze and resume using it at any time.
(7) Terminate Card
Click Terminate to permanently close the card. This action is irreversible. Please double-check before proceeding. The card issuance fee is non-refundable, but any remaining card balance will be automatically returned to your main account. If there are pending transactions or redemptions on the card, please wait for them to complete before terminating.
3. Set Spending Controls (Admin)
On the Corporate Cards page, click Balance Control to set spending rules for the selected card.
Set Spending Limits and Transaction Limits
In the Balance Control page, find the Monthly Limit and Single Transaction Limit fields. Enter your desired limits and click Apply & Save. Transactions exceeding these limits will be automatically declined. Leave these fields blank if you do not wish to set limits (unlimited by default).
4. Auto Top-Up
If a card has recurring monthly expenses, you can enable auto top-up to prevent payment failures caused by forgetting to manually recharge.
Set the monthly amount under Monthly Top-Up Amount, and the system will automatically transfer funds from the main account to the card each month. USDC is used preferentially; if USDC is insufficient, USDT will be used. Mixed balances are not supported.
5. Set Low Balance Alerts
Enter a threshold under Low Balance Alert and save. When the card balance falls below this threshold, the system will automatically email the card administrator and cardholder.
6. Employee Card Usage
(1) Employees log into Infini and navigate to the Corporate Cards section to view their assigned cards.
(2) Click View Details under a card to see the full card number, expiration date, CVV, and available balance.
(3) On the payment page of any website or app, select Credit Card as the payment method, and enter the card number, expiration date, and CVV to complete the payment.
7. Transaction Records & Subscriptions
View Transaction Records
Under Corporate Cards -> Transactions, administrators can view transaction details for all cards under the corporate account. Employees can view transaction details for cards assigned to them.
View Subscriptions
Under Corporate Cards -> Subscription, administrators can view active SaaS subscription details for all cards under the account. Employees can view subscription details for cards assigned to them.
Manage Subscriptions
Click Manage Subscription to open the management window. You have two options to handle a subscription:
Option 1: Go to Merchant Site to Cancel (Recommended) – Directly jump to the merchant's official website to manually cancel the subscription, avoiding unpaid dues or account issues.
Option 2: Freeze Card – Freeze the card associated with the subscription to block all future charges from the merchant. Note that freezing will affect all transactions on this card, not just this specific subscription.
8. Subscription Billing Alerts
The system automatically sends an email reminder to the cardholder 3 days before the expected subscription billing date. The email includes key details such as the merchant name, billing amount, and payment card, helping you ensure a sufficient balance and avoid service interruptions.
V. Tips & Tricks
Use Clear Card Names: We recommend naming cards based on their specific purpose (e.g., "Ads - Project A") or the user to make future reconciliation and management easier.
Combine Card Types Wisely: Use Infini Lite for ChatGPT/Claude subscriptions or Apple Pay bindings. Use Infini Pro for large daily ad or SaaS spending to enjoy cashback. Use Infini AI for dedicated AI tools and ad campaigns.
Review Transactions Regularly: We recommend that finance teams or administrators log in periodically to review transaction records, ensuring all spending aligns with company policies and identifying any anomalies early.
Lock or Terminate Cards Promptly: When an employee leaves the company or a project ends, immediately lock or terminate the associated cards to secure company funds.
VI. FAQ
Q: How many Corporate Cards can users of different verification levels create?
A: KYB-verified corporate users can issue up to 100 cards for their team. KYC-verified personal users can create up to 3 cards. Unverified users cannot create cards. If you need a higher card limit, please contact the Infini team.
Q: Is there a fee to create a Business Card?
A: Yes. The current card issuance fee is $10 USD per card.
Q: Are there transaction fees for using Corporate Cards?
A: There are no additional transaction fees or refund fees for spending. However, if you are using an Infini Pro or Infini AI card, the 1.5% cashback previously issued for that transaction will be automatically clawed back upon refund, and the net amount will be returned to the card.
For transactions in non-USD currencies, a foreign exchange (forex) conversion fee applies: 3% for Infini Lite, and 1% for both Infini Pro and Infini AI.
Q: Why is my refund amount less than expected?
A: If you are using an Infini Pro or Infini AI card, the system automatically claws back the 1.5% cashback issued for that transaction during a refund, returning the net amount to your card.
Q: If an auto top-up fails, will the system automatically retry?
A: No. If an auto top-up fails due to insufficient funds in the main account, the system will email the administrator, but it will not retry that month. The administrator must manually top up the main account and then manually fund the card.
Q: Why can't the Infini Pro card bind to Apple Pay or subscribe to ChatGPT/Claude?
A: Infini Pro is issued by a Hong Kong card issuer. Due to issuer risk controls, it does not support Apple Pay / Google Pay bindings and cannot pass payment checks on platforms like ChatGPT and Claude. For these use cases, please use Infini Lite or Infini AI.
Q: What happens if an employee tries to make a purchase but the card balance is insufficient?
A: The transaction will fail, and the employee will receive a notification: "Transaction failed: Insufficient card balance." We recommend enabling low-balance alerts to receive email reminders and top up in time.
Q: What is the difference between a card being "Locked" versus "Terminated"?
A: Locking a card is a temporary freeze. The card status will show as Frozen, and administrators can unlock it later. Terminating a card is a permanent cancellation; the card cannot be used again. Please confirm carefully before terminating.
The card issuance fee is non-refundable, but any remaining balance will automatically return to the main account. If there are pending transactions or redemptions, we recommend waiting for them to complete before terminating.
Q: Why is my card payment failing?
A: There are several potential reasons, including insufficient balance, exceeding single transaction or monthly limits, the card being locked by an administrator, or the card type not supporting the payment scenario (e.g., using Pro to subscribe to ChatGPT). The system will send a failure notification; please check the notification details or contact your administrator.
Q: Why can't I see anything after entering the "Corporate Cards" module?
A: If you are an administrator, you may not have created any cards yet—click Create Card to get started. If you are an employee, it means the administrator has not assigned any cards to you yet—please contact your administrator.
Q: Why is the 3DS email verification code delayed during employee purchases?
A: For Infini Lite cards, 3DS email verification codes may experience a delivery delay of 10-20 minutes. Since some platforms require the code within 3-5 minutes, this delay may cause the verification to timeout. If a platform has strict timeout limits, we recommend avoiding using affected cards there for now. Upcoming new card BINs will address this issue, and you can create those cards once they are live.
Q: How do I change the cardholder's name after card issuance?
A: Log into your Infini Business account, click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner, go to Profile -> Edit Name, and update it. The cardholder's name will sync automatically.
