I. Feature Overview
To help corporate clients better manage employee business expenses, we have officially launched the Corporate Card feature. When your team needs to handle daily SaaS subscriptions, advertising placements, travel, and other expenditures, the Corporate Card offers a corporate virtual card solution seamlessly integrated with your Infini account. It is designed to replace inefficient, high-risk, and non-transparent personal card reimbursement models, providing you with a secure, controllable, and transparent new expense management experience.
II. Pain Points Addressed
1. Inefficient Traditional Payment Methods: The current model, which relies on an administrator's personal card or employee reimbursements, involves cumbersome and lengthy processes. This not only ties up employees' personal funds but also reduces the company's operational efficiency.
2. High-Risk and Non-Transparent Corporate Funds: Using personal cards for company payments leads to chaotic expense management, making it difficult to track and control budgets in real-time. Finance personnel also face significant challenges in reconciliation, unable to get a clear picture of each expenditure.
3. Poor Employee Card Usage Experience: Employees frequently need to pay out-of-pocket for business expenses and deal with complex reimbursement procedures, which is inconvenient. They may also face issues like insufficient credit limits or not having a card available for urgent payments.
III. Feature Highlights
1. Seamless Integration, Centralized Management: The Corporate Card is directly linked to your Infini cash account. Administrators can top up Corporate Cards from the main account with a single click, enabling centralized fund allocation and management, which greatly simplifies internal financial processes.
2. Flexible Creation, Precise Authorization: Administrators can create dedicated Corporate Cards for different employees as needed, customize card names for various purposes (e.g., "Marketing - Ad Spend"), and set independent top-up limits to achieve precise budget control over expenses.
3. Real-Time Control, Secure and Transparent: Administrators have full control, with the ability to view the transaction history of all cards at any time and [Lock] or [Terminate] any card as needed to effectively prevent financial risks. All operational records are transparent and traceable, ensuring every expense is accounted for.
4. Dedicated for Employees, Convenient Payments: Employees can clearly see the Corporate Cards assigned to them in their own accounts, view complete card information and available balances at any time, and use them directly for online payments without needing to pay for business expenses out-of-pocket.
IV. Operation Steps
1. Prerequisites: Invite team members
When creating a corporate card, you need to select a cardholder. The super administrator can invite your team members to join your organization and select the corresponding team member as the [Cardholder]. Please note:
(1) Users who have completed business verification (KYB) and users who have completed individual verification (KYC) can both create corporate cards for team members.
(2) Users who have completed KYB verification can create up to 30 cards; users who have completed KYC verification can create up to 3 cards.

V. Usage Tips
Use Smart Card Naming: We recommend that administrators name cards based on their specific purpose (e.g., "Ads Spend," "Monthly Bills") or the user to simplify future accounting and management.
Review Transactions Regularly: We recommend that finance or management personnel log in to the system periodically to review the transaction history of all Corporate Cards, ensuring all expenditures comply with company policy and to promptly identify and address any unusual transactions.
Lock or Terminate Cards Promptly: When an employee leaves the company or a project ends, be sure to [Freeze] or [Terminate] the relevant Corporate Cards immediately to protect company funds.
VI. Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What happens if the administrator's main account balance is zero when creating a card?
A: Your card will not be able to be topped up or used for purchases.
Q2: What happens if an employee's card has an insufficient balance during a transaction?
A: The transaction will fail, and the employee will receive a system notification: "Transaction failed: Insufficient card balance."
Q3: What is the difference between a card that is [Freeze] and one that is [Terminated] by an administrator?
A: A [Freeze] is a temporary freeze, and the card status will show as "Frozen." It can be unlocked by an administrator later to resume use. A [Terminate] action is a permanent deactivation, and the card cannot be used again. Please confirm before taking this action.
Q4: Why is my card payment failing?
A: There could be several reasons: insufficient card balance, exceeding the per-transaction limit, or the card has been frozen by an administrator. The system will send a corresponding failure notification. Please handle it according to the notification or contact your administrator.
Q5: Why don't I see anything when I enter the Corporate Card module?
A: If you are an administrator, it may be because you have not created any cards yet. You can click [+ Create Card] to create your first one. If you are an employee, it means that an administrator has not yet assigned any cards to you. Please contact your administrator.
Q6: How many Corporate Cards can users with different verification levels create?
A: Users who have completed KYB can create up to 30 cards for their team. Users who have completed KYC can create up to 3 cards. Unverified users cannot create cards. Contact the Infini team if you need more.

A: Yes. Currently, the card issuance fee is 10U per card.

Q9: Are there additional fees when using the Corporate Card outside the United States?
A: Yes. If you make purchases outside the U.S., currency conversion fees or cross-border fees will apply, estimated at an additional 1%-2%. The applicable fee standards shall be subject to the latest rates published by the relevant regions and institutions.
Q10: How can I change the name on my card after it has been issued?
A: You can log in to your Infini Business account, click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of the page, and select Profile > Edit Name. Once updated, your cardholder name will be synchronized automatically.
