When you initiate a transfer and upload a bill in PDF format, Infini uses AI to automatically analyze the bill and pre-select the most relevant transaction type for you. You can also easily add or manage transaction categories based on your needs, making bookkeeping more intelligent and personalized than ever.

IV. Operation Steps
1. Using AI-Powered Transaction Type Recognition
(1) In [Payment]->[Transfer] , click the upload area to upload your bill file. Only PDF files are currently supported.
(2) The system will automatically analyze the bill and pre-select the best-matching transaction type in [Select Category]. We currently offer several built-in types, such as business travel, professional services, employee salaries, and marketing.
If these don’t meet your needs, you can also delete or add transaction types to better match your personal requirements. After confirming the information is correct, click [Next].
(3) Infini will display the transaction address and amount for you to double-check. If everything looks correct, click [Confirm].
(4) Infini will send a verification code to your email. After entering the code, wait for the system to redirect.
(5) Click Finish. You’ve successfully completed the transfer.
2. Adding a Custom Transaction Type
In the [Select Category] drop-down list, click the "+ Add…" option at the bottom, enter the transaction type you want, and then press Enter to save.
3. Deleting a Custom Transaction Type
In the [Select Category] drop-down list, hover over the category you want to delete and click the Delete (trash) icon that appears on the right.
4. Managing Transaction Types in Income and Expense Details
(1) Go to the [Income and Expense Details] page and locate the transaction record you want to adjust.
(2) In the [Transaction Type] column, you can directly edit, delete, or add a category. The operation is the same as described above.

Upload clear bills: For the best recognition accuracy, upload PDF bills with clear, complete content and structure.
Make good use of custom categories: Build a personalized category system based on your spending habits and management needs to keep records consistent and organized.
Review details regularly: Checking Income and Expense Details regularly helps you verify records and quickly correct any misclassifications, ensuring accurate financial data.
VI. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if the AI-recognized transaction type is incorrect?
A: If the suggested category isn’t correct, you can open the Select Category drop-down at any time to choose the right type, or edit it directly in Income and Expense Details.
Q: Why wasn’t a type automatically recognized after I uploaded the bill?
A: Possible reasons include a blurry bill, an uncommon/special format, or incomplete content. In that case, you’ll need to manually select or create an appropriate transaction type.
Q: Are all bill formats supported for AI recognition?
A: We currently support mainstream PDF formats and will continue improving compatibility for more file types. If you have specific format requirements, feel free to share feedback with us.
