V. FAQ

Q: What is the difference between [Infini Earn · USD] and [Infini Earn · BTC]?

A: [Infini Earn · USD] is denominated in USD and supports subscriptions using the stablecoins displayed on the page. [Infini Earn · BTC] is subscribed to directly using BTC, and both holdings and rewards are calculated in BTC.

Q: How is [Infini Alpha Quantitative Arbitrage Fund] different from the flexible rewards products?

A: Flexible rewards products calculate rewards daily and support T+0 subscriptions and redemptions. The quantitative fund uses fund shares and NAV management. Its holding value fluctuates with the NAV, and redemptions are processed only on a designated date each month.

Q: What is net asset value (NAV)?

A: NAV can be understood as the current value of each fund share. Once your subscription has been processed, the subscription amount is converted into fund shares based on the applicable NAV. The market value of your holdings will then change as the fund's NAV changes.

Q: Is the reference annualized return fixed?

A: No. The reference annualized return is calculated or estimated using historical data, performance over a specific period, or strategy estimates. It is provided for reference only and does not represent actual or future returns. Actual results may be higher or lower than the reference figure and may include losses.

Q: Does the [Low Risk] label mean that the product cannot incur losses?

A: No. [Low Risk] is a risk classification displayed on the page and does not mean that the principal is protected. The flexible rewards products are floating-return products, while the quantitative fund's NAV may also decline. Investors may lose some or all of their principal.

Q: Why am I unable to subscribe to [Infini Alpha Quantitative Arbitrage Fund]?

A: Possible reasons include an incomplete risk assessment or qualified investor verification, a subscription amount below the minimum requirement, an insufficient account balance, temporary product unavailability, or regional and account-related restrictions. Check the on-screen instructions for details.

Q: What does [40% Charged on Profits Only] mean?

A: The page indicates that a 40% performance fee is accrued on the profit portion only when profits meeting the product rules are generated. Refer to the product terms and subscription page for the calculation method, accrual timing, and applicable conditions.

Q: Does T+0 or [Redemptions Credited in Real Time] mean that funds will always be credited immediately?

A: No. These descriptions explain the product's supported redemption arrangements. Actual crediting times may be affected by system processing, liquidity, risk controls, network conditions, or other factors.
