(8) Example of Transaction Limit Consumption and Progression to Next KYC Level:
Scenario: Customer Advancement from Level 1 to Level 2
Initial Status:
KYC Level: Level 1
Risk Category: Low/Medium Risk
Available Limits: Daily limit of €1000, weekly limit of €1000, monthly limit of €1000.
Customer Actions:
Day 1: Customer performs an onramp transaction of €500.
Day 2: Customer performs another onramp transaction of €500, reaching the daily and weekly limit of €1000.
Result:
After Day 2, the customer's limits for the day and the week are fully consumed. Any attempt to perform further transactions within the same day or week, either onramp or offramp, would be denied.
Advancement to Level 2:
Reason for Advancement: Customer wishes to engage in higher-value transactions.
Upgrade Requirements: Complete Level 1 KYC + Liveness check + ID verification.
Post-Upgrade Status: Customer successfully verifies for Level 2.
New Limits at Level 2:
Daily Limit: €10,000
Weekly Limit: €10,000
Monthly Limit: €10,000
Continued Transactions:
Day 3: The customer is now at Level 2 and performs an onramp transaction of €4,500.
Day 5: The customer performs an offramp transaction of €2,500.
Remaining Limits for the Week:
Total Transactions Completed: €7,000 (€4,500 onramp + €2,500 offramp).
Remaining Weekly Limit: €3,000 for the remainder of the week across onramp and offramp transactions.
Key Takeaway:
The progression to a higher verification level allows the customer to access significantly higher transaction limits, facilitating larger financial operations on the platform. The system dynamically updates the available limits to reflect the customer's transactions in real time, ensuring compliance with set transaction thresholds.

2. FAQ about Pay with card:
Q1: Fees and Limits for Pay with Card
(1) Fees
Hello. The current Pay with Card fees generally consist of:
Base processing fee: 3.3%
(Due to exchange rate fluctuations, this rate may vary slightly, but generally stays around this level. Please refer to the amount displayed on the payment page for the final rate.)
Infini service fee: 0.5%
Therefore, the actual amount settled to the merchant is calculated as:
Order Amount − (Order Amount × 3.3%)− (Order Amount × Infini 0.5% service fee)
Kindly reminder: The minimum fee is 1 USD. If the calculated fee is less than 1 USD, it will be charged as 1 USD.
(The above calculation formula is provided for reference only. The final credited amount shall be subject to the settlement page and the actual settlement results.)
(2) Order Limits
Minimum Order Amount
The minimum order amount is dynamic and is typically equivalent to approximately USD 7–9, subject to the amount displayed on the checkout page.
For example, if a merchant configures an order amount of 5 USDT, which does not meet the minimum requirement, the following situations may occur:
① When the user enters the checkout page, only crypto payment options will be displayed, and fiat (credit card) payment will not be available.
② If the merchant has configured only fiat payment methods, an error will be returned when creating the order.
Maximum Order Amount
For details on maximum limits, KYC requirements, transaction limits, and FAQs, please refer to the content above.
Q2. Supported credit cards for pay with card.
A: Hello. Currently, we support non–Mainland China–issued Visa and Mastercard credit cards, The specific outcome shall be subject to the system’s actual validation results.
Due to regulatory and compliance requirements, we do not accept credit cards issued in certain sanctioned countries or regions, and virtual cards are not supported.
To improve payment success rates, we recommend that merchants advise users to use credit cards issued in countries or regions where Infini services are supported.
Q3: Supported Fiat Currencies & Supported Countries / Regions for pay with card.
A: Hello. Currently, only USD is supported.
More fiat currencies will be supported in the future—please refer to the official website for updates. Thank you for your support.

Q: Will it affect the payment if the cardholder’s card currency is not USD?
A: Infini currently settles card payments in USD. During the payment process, if the cardholder’s card account is denominated in a currency other than USD, and subject to Infini’s applicable supported countries/regions (as set out in Section 3.1) for pay with card and relevant rules, the transaction may be converted by Visa / Mastercard and the issuing bank in accordance with their respective rules, and ultimately settled in USD.
Please note that:
Whether currency conversion is available, whether such conversion is successful, and any applicable foreign exchange fees (FX Fees) are determined and processed solely by the issuing bank and other relevant financial institutions. Infini does not have control over, and does not guarantee, such outcomes.
Infini’s system is only able to process the fiat currencies listed in the currently supported fiat currency table (as set out in Section 3.2). These listed fiat currencies may be eligible, subject to the applicable rules of the card schemes and issuing banks, to be converted into USD for settlement purposes. If the cardholder’s card currency falls outside this processing scope, or if the cardholder’s country or region is not within Infini’s currently supported jurisdictions for card acquiring services, the relevant transaction may not be completed, and the payment page will display a failure or error message.
Example (for illustrative purposes only):
For example, a cardholder located in a currently supported country/region may still experience a failed transaction if their Visa card account is denominated in a fiat currency that cannot be processed by the system or is not supported for currency conversion by the issuing bank. In such cases, the transaction may be declined by the issuing bank, and the payment page will indicate a payment failure or exception.
3.2 Currently supported currencies that can be converted to USD
PHP, GBP, IDR, EUR, MYR, KRW, COP, VND, USD, KZT, PLN, CHF, AUD, BGN, CAD, CZK, DKK, HUF, JPY, PEN, RON, SEK, OMR, SGD, CRC, PAB, TWD, ZAR, KGS, AED, ILS, NOK, KES, THB
Q4: How to Display [Pay with Card] and [Pay with Crypto] Separately?
A: You can specify the corresponding payment methods directly via the API by setting the pay_methods field.
After integrating the API, if you want to enable crypto payment, please set pay_methods to [1].
If you want to enable pay with card, please set pay_methods to [2].
If you would like to support both methods, please set pay_methods to [1,2].
Please refer to our API documentation:
Q5: How to Use One Infini Account to Collect Payments for Multiple Products or Websites?
A: Merchants can use client_reference to distinguish between different products.
For example, you can add different prefixes such as:
A-Product-Reference
B-Product-Reference
C-Product-Reference
Then redirect users to the corresponding product pages and configure different pay_methods as needed.
If the merchant wants to use only crypto payment, pass [1].
If the merchant wants to use only pay with card, pass [2].
Q6: After the order amount triggers KYC, how can users check their KYC status/progress? What should users do if their KYC is not approved?
A: You can check the corresponding status in both the original order and new orders, or contact customer support for further verification.
If your KYC is not approved, please provide the required information according to the on-page instructions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact customer support for assistance.
Q7: Why do I need to complete additional verification for Pay with Card if I’ve already completed KYC on Infini?
A: Thank you for your support.
Different services on Infini are subject to different compliance and risk control requirements. The KYC you completed on the Infini platform allows access to general services; however, Pay with Card is a separate payment scenario and therefore requires a higher level of compliance review.
To meet international regulatory requirements, fiat payment channels may require more comprehensive identity information, such as liveness checks or additional document verification. As a result, users may be asked to complete an additional verification step when first using this feature. This is a common industry practice.
Please rest assured that your previously completed Infini KYC remains valid and unaffected. All information collected is used solely for identity verification and transaction compliance purposes and will not be used for any other purpose.
If you experience any issues during the verification process or are asked to provide additional information, please contact our customer support team—we’ll be happy to assist you.
