After registration, the account enters an “Unverified” status. Completing identity verification unlocks higher daily withdrawal/transfer/payout limits and monthly acquiring limits.

(1) Turn on the Infini Business official website: https://www.infini.money/business and click [Sign up].
(2) Fill in the following information:
① Entity Name
② Email: Must be in a valid email format and not in use.
(3) Read and check the Risk Disclosures & User Agreements and Privacy Policy.
(4) Enter the email verification code to verify your email.
(5) Create and confirm a login password that meets our security requirements.
Upon successful registration, you will be guided to complete identity verification. You may choose [Verify to Increase Limits] or start using our product, and verify later.
2. FAQ about the registration process for Infini Business:
Q1: Do I have to use a company email for registration? A: It is recommended to use your company email to simplify team management. Personal emails are also accepted, but they may affect future compliance checks.
Q2: What features can I use before completing identity verification?
A: You can still use all business account features, but your daily withdraw/transfer/offramp limit will be capped at 3,000 USDC/USDT, and your monthly limit of payments is 1,000 USDC/USDT. The verification button is available at the top of the page, allowing you to upgrade at any time and unlock higher limits.
Q3: How do I log in to Infini Business account? What if I forget my password when logging in?
A: Go to the Infini Business login page and enter your registered email and password. If you forget your password, click [Forgot Password] to reset it via email verification and Google Authenticator (if you set it before).
Q4: I am an individual merchant. Can I upgrade directly to a business account?
A: We’re sorry, but this is not supported at the moment. Currently, you can only choose one verification type—either Sole proprietor verification (KYC) or Business Verification (KYB). Once you complete the selected verification, it cannot be changed for now. If you need to switch verification types, we recommend registering a new account.
