Q1: What should I do if my verification fails?

A: KYC/KYB failed (retry allowed): Please re-submit clear and valid documents as instructed.

KYC/KYB failed (retry not allowed): Due to compliance requirements, you cannot resubmit. You can still use basic features, and you may contact Customer service for assistance.

Q2: What happens if I exit when submitting verification documents?

A: The system will save your progress. Next time you log in, you can continue verification. Click [Continue Verification] to proceed.

Q3: How long does the verification review take?

A: In most cases, the verification review is completed within a few minutes to a few hours. If manual review is required, it may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

Q4: How can I request a withdrawal limit higher than 1,000,000 USD?

A: Please contact the Customer Service team. We will provide a tailored solution based on your needs.

Q5: I have completed Sole proprietor verification (KYC). Can I upgrade to a Business Account (KYB)?

A: We’re sorry, but this is not supported at the moment. Currently, you can only choose one verification type—either Sole proprietor verification (KYC) or Business Verification (KYB). Once you complete the selected verification, it cannot be changed for now. If you need to switch verification types, we recommend registering a new account.

We will continue improving our product and processes. If we support modification or upgrading of verification types in the future, the updates will be reflected on the product page.

Please stay tuned to the Infini Business official website. Thank you for your support!
